A spray ball is a machine or a part of a machine that facilitates dispersion of liquid(s) into a spray. A spray ball is also
known as a clean-in-place (CIP) spray ball. Spray ball, as the name suggests is used in various process industries in order
to clean process vessels & equipment internally. Use of spray ball has been made mandatory by the USFDA for cleaning
of process vessels & equipment in the pharmaceutical industry. However, spray balls can be used for cleaning in various

of a rotating spray ball is used. This spray ball consists of gear drive mechanisms which splash powerful solid jets on the
vessel wall under pressures exceeding 15 bar. These gear drive mechanisms are very effective in cleaning.
